What you will do

  • Define and drive studio-wide QA structure, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage internal and external QA vendors to ensure high-quality test coverage.
  • Develop and maintain QA strategies and comprehensive test plans for PC, console, and mobile projects.
  • Manage QA budgets, hardware resources, and software licensing.
  • Report on testing progress and provide actionable quality insights to development teams.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture of quality excellence throughout the studio.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK, Europe, or UTC +/- 2 hours.
  • Must have existing eligibility to work in current place of residence; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • 4+ years of QA leadership experience in the games industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and testing lifecycles.
  • Proven experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and Confluence.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cRPGs, Unity, and cross-platform development.
  • Familiarity with console platform tools like Razor or XBox Manager.
  • Knowledge of coding languages for automation, such as Python, C++, or C#.
