What you will do
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding, getting them live and confident.
- Be the smartest person in the room on marketing effectiveness, guiding clients on data insights and changes.
- Build and deliver sector-level thought leadership using GrowthOS data.
- Collaborate with the Model Scale team on complex model structures and data environments.
- Shape product development based on customer interactions.
- Drive platform adoption through training, materials, and education.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or measurement (tech, consulting, media, agency, or client-side).
- Knowledge of MMM and experience building models or working with model builders.
- Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences (CMOs, data scientists).
- Excitement about AI and its impact on work processes.
