What you will do

  • Own visual quality and creative evaluation across image or video domains within LTX Studio.
  • Lead AI Evaluation & AI Creation efforts – testing new generative models, benchmarking outputs, identifying strengths and limitations.
  • Build POCs using AI coding tools and vibe coding methodologies.
  • Translate innovation ideas into demos, workflows, and product features (0→1 ownership).
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering systems, including prompt enhancement logic and structured generation rules.
  • Improve and iterate on existing product features related to visual generation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in 3D, animation (2D/3D), VFX, compositing, CGI, or related creative production environments.
  • Strong visual judgment and refined design taste, with the ability to critically evaluate and select high-quality visual outputs.
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI-based creative tools (image/video generation, LLM workflows, etc.).
  • Strong affinity for technology and AI: comfortable experimenting independently and not AI-averse.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end and translate ideas into working demos, workflows, and features.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with PMs, developers, and researchers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ComfyUI, Cursor, Claude, AI Studio, or similar tools - advantage.
  • Experience with vibe coding and building lightweight prototypes or internal tools - advantage.
  • Active engagement with the AI creator community and staying up to date with emerging models and techniques.
