What you will do

  • Participate in testing, implementing, commissioning, and decommissioning new services and tools.
  • Document administration processes and principles, and prepare instructions for service users and first-line support.
  • Administrate and audit access to internal information resources.
  • Launch and monitor subscription/contract renewal processes.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to working with services and communicate with developer technical support.
  • Optimize and automate current processes using scripting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, 2nd or 3rd line Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of basic access management principles for information resources and software licensing.
  • Experience with system software installation and configuration, and administration skills with Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, Microsoft, modern AI tools on Enterprise level, Jira, and JSM.
  • Experience with two operating systems from the list: Windows, Linux, macOS.
  • Experience with administering modern services from the GameDev stack.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and user instructions.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • DevOps experience.
  • Experience in RPA introduction.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
