  • Lead hypothesis-driven work from research and design to production and final performance review.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in ARPU or retention growth.
  • Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
  • Strong ability to extract actionable insights from product data and cohort analysis.
  • Deep expertise in user lifecycle, retention psychology, and subscription business models.
  • Hands-on ownership of the full product development cycle.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
