What you will do

  • Build and expand a strong internal network within the client’s organization.
  • Translate client business goals and emerging industry trends into actionable new business opportunities.
  • Manage and lead a portfolio of projects to deliver significant business outcomes through IT systems, products, and services.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive account management plan.
  • Track engagements and project performance against predefined account metrics.
  • Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to ensure effective service engagements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the Betting & Gaming industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience working in service companies.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting complex enterprise clients and programs.
  • Experience managing a portfolio valued between 10–20 million.
  • Strong understanding of the modern technology landscape and software architecture, including AI.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client offices in the UK and EU, and occasionally to the US.
