What you will do
- Effectively manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects.
- Generate leads through strategic research and outbound prospecting, including calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives, handing off qualified prospects and educating them on meeting details.
- Meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives in all industries and verticals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred, with previous SDR/BDR experience highly advantageous.
- Ability to proactively qualify customer needs and understand the business opportunity.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Written and verbal fluency in English. Additional languages like French, German, Arabic, Dutch, Swedish, or Norwegian are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work with standard software such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
