What you will do

  • Lead global Security Operations for monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to security incidents.
  • Define and evolve security operations strategy, processes, and runbooks including incident response and vulnerability management.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing security operations team with clear goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to embed security controls and automation.
  • Manage security operations technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, endpoint, and network security tools.
  • Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve detection and response outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: Prague, Czechia
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in security operations including incident response and threat detection in complex environments.
  • Proven leadership managing security operations teams and multi-service security capabilities.
  • Strong expertise with SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, network security monitoring, and log analysis.
  • Ability to define and improve operational processes, metrics, and automation for security effectiveness.

  • Experience operating 24x7 global security operations with service reliability and on-call practices.
  • Leading cross-functional incident response for high-severity events including executive communication.
  • Designing and optimizing security operations architectures and automation workflows.
