What you will do

  • Partner with teams to identify AI automation opportunities and translate business challenges into AI use cases.
  • Design, build, and iterate on AI prototypes using GenAI techniques and write high-quality code in Python and Golang.
  • Collaborate to evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on AI capabilities, responsible AI usage, and mentor team members on AI tools and coding standards.
  • Pilot AI solutions, gather feedback, and support adoption to ensure value and smooth transitions.
  • Work with AI Platform, DevX, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years software engineering experience with at least 6 months in applied AI or Generative AI.
  • Strong skills in system design, microservices architecture, coding, and debugging complex issues.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tools/platforms (e.g., Gemini, LangChain), and responsible AI practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
  • Location requires hybrid work with in-person participation in the United States.

  • Experience building AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions.
