What you will do

  • Lead development of major team projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
  • Provide technical feedback and suggest product improvements
  • Maintain deep understanding of team domain from product and engineering perspectives
  • Review code and contribute to shared codebase
  • Debug and solve technical and business issues
  • Mentor and guide other engineers
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable APIs

Requirements

  • Must have significant experience as a Senior Backend Engineer
  • Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
  • Fluent English required (application and communication in English)
  • Location: fully remote, work from anywhere in the world

Nice to have

  • Experience with functional programming languages (Elixir, Erlang, Scala, etc.)
  • Kubernetes and Docker experience
  • AWS cloud platform knowledge
