What you will do

  • Lead the technical delivery of complex product initiatives within the Supplier Management and Capabilities suites.
  • Ensure high code quality, scalability, and maintainability across shared modules.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical roadmaps with business requirements.
  • Conduct architecture discussions, code reviews, and provide technical validation for new features.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
  • Partner with QA and Platform teams to enhance system automation, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
  • Proven proficiency in .NET/C# and React or modern frontend frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and testing.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
