What you will do
- Lead the technical delivery of complex product initiatives within the Supplier Management and Capabilities suites.
- Ensure high code quality, scalability, and maintainability across shared modules.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical roadmaps with business requirements.
- Conduct architecture discussions, code reviews, and provide technical validation for new features.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
- Partner with QA and Platform teams to enhance system automation, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Proven proficiency in .NET/C# and React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and testing.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
