What you will do
- Manage administrative aspects in Recruitment.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the database.
- Handle WhatsApp and candidate chats.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student from Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Interested in administrative processes and data-driven work.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (GSheets, GDocs, GSlides).
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work from office for a 3-month internship period.
