What you will do

  • Manage administrative aspects in Recruitment.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the database.
  • Handle WhatsApp and candidate chats.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student from Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • Interested in administrative processes and data-driven work.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (GSheets, GDocs, GSlides).
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work from office for a 3-month internship period.
