What you will do
- Conduct growth, margin, and deal profitability modeling to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that align with financial and strategic objectives.
- Review enterprise contracts for pricing, financial implications, and risk.
- Coordinate across finance, sales, legal, and compliance teams to ensure efficient deal approvals.
- Develop and maintain deal desk policies, pricing guidelines, and standardized templates.
- Provide reporting on deal desk performance, metrics, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales strategy, or operations, ideally in a technology environment.
- Hands-on experience building financial models and structuring complex enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high attention to detail.
