What you will do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for loyalty transformation initiatives aligned with customer experience and business goals.
  • Lead loyalty program redesign and replatforming, defining requirements and future-state architecture.
  • Develop ROI models, business cases, and value realization frameworks for loyalty enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into product capabilities leveraging Salesforce Loyalty best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to deliver loyalty features across Salesforce platforms.
  • Evaluate loyalty platforms and emerging technologies to influence product direction.

Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
  • Proven experience designing or optimizing loyalty programs in retail or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills for Loyalty ROI analysis and customer lifetime value modeling
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Ability to work hybrid in Frisco, TX with 2 days onsite
