What you will do
- Oversee daily platform functionality, monitoring performance and gameplay stability.
- Design, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cross-team Workflows.
- Lead the incident response process and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Implement live KPI dashboards and alerting systems to track SLA adherence and identify potential risks.
- Manage back-office access rights.
- Serve as the main point of contact between local operations and HQ shared services to ensure goal alignment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming operations, business operations, or service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and BI/Reporting dashboards and CRM.
- Understanding of incident handling, process design, and performance tracking.
- Excellent English skills (Spanish is a plus).
