What you will do
- Serve as administrative support for the CLM platform, Ironclad, and maintain the contract repository.
- Manage the LAC Help Center queue, assessing, triaging, and assigning incoming tickets.
- Manage the department's shared email inboxes, ensuring time-sensitive emails are handled.
- Support knowledge management by maintaining internal training and best practice collateral.
- Assist with budget tracking and serve as a point of contact for legal vendor invoicing questions.
- Partner with the LAC Ops Manager to document existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and suggest opportunities for automation and improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a legal operations or tech-focused paralegal role.
- Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven knack for technology and excitement to learn, master, and administer new platforms.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive, organized, and strong communication skills.
- Must be a current resident of Mexico or Costa Rica and eligible to work in that country.
