What you will do
- Manage financial operations including supplier payments, invoice processing, treasury transfers, and expense validation.
- Lead monthly and annual financial closings with external accountants ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and performance updates for leadership.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes consolidating inputs and delivering financial projections.
- Monitor financial performance and manage multi-currency cash flows.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls across procurement, expenses, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in finance, audit, or financial controlling
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage internal finance operations.
- Strong attention to detail and structured execution approach.
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills and financial modeling experience.
