What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Proactively source passive candidates through professional networks and channels.
- Screen resumes, perform initial assessments, and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate professional qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full offer process from negotiation to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Portuguese employment law and regulations.
- Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently.
