What you will do

  • Lead regional sales operations projects from initial planning through final execution.
  • Utilize BI systems and AI tools to create dashboards and reports that track KPIs against strategic sales objectives.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for the global sales team on new processes and technical tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting including bucket fields, joined reports, and complex filter logic.
  • Strong analytical mindset with practical experience in BI and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • English proficiency: Advanced level required.
