What you will do
- Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to meet annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect leading companies to create partnership opportunities at events.
- Build relationships with Fortune 500 executives, founders, CIOs, and marketing professionals.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with VP of Sales and Growth team on go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to global expansion strategy as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Direct B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or events industries.
- Business fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in high growth or scale-up environments.
- Experience managing complex sales environments with multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce or Hubspot CRM.
