What you will do

  • Deliver world-class customer service following established policies and standards.
  • Manage and respond to customer support tickets within established SLAs and performance guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues using appropriate resources and desktop tools.
  • Communicate information to customers in writing, aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Multitask between multiple tools and systems, applying knowledge to customer situations.
  • Coordinate internally with other teams and resolve escalated inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English language required, must pass Language Assessment Test.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Hungarian required, must pass Language Assessment Test.
  • Comfortable using computers, proficient typing skills, and initial troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, metric-driven, and at times stressful environment.
