What you will do
- Own and drive infrastructure projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery and communication.
- Evolve and unify GCP-based cloud infrastructure, utilizing Kubernetes and Argo.
- Develop and maintain scalable Terraform configurations and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Enhance observability using OpenTelemetry and Datadog to ensure system reliability.
- Integrate security tooling like AIkido and participate in compliance audits to harden workload configurations.
- Support production database environments and collaborate with engineering via on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Solid experience operating in Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
- Strong Linux systems knowledge and experience managing relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Fluency in Polish and intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and communicate asynchronously in a remote-first team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Background in distributed systems or large-scale architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud security tools and vulnerability management.
- Previous experience as a backend developer (e.g., Elixir, Node.js).
