What you will do

  • Own and drive infrastructure projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery and communication.
  • Evolve and unify GCP-based cloud infrastructure, utilizing Kubernetes and Argo.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Terraform configurations and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Enhance observability using OpenTelemetry and Datadog to ensure system reliability.
  • Integrate security tooling like AIkido and participate in compliance audits to harden workload configurations.
  • Support production database environments and collaborate with engineering via on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience operating in Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge and experience managing relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Fluency in Polish and intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and communicate asynchronously in a remote-first team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Background in distributed systems or large-scale architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud security tools and vulnerability management.
  • Previous experience as a backend developer (e.g., Elixir, Node.js).
