Salary: $150,000–$185,000 OTE

What you will do
- Define and execute the East Region field marketing plan aligned to North America GTM strategy and revenue targets.
- Partner with regional sales leaders and business development to align on pipeline coverage and co-marketing initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and execute regional events, workshops, executive roundtables, and innovation labs showcasing AI/ML and NeoCloud capabilities.
- Build developer and data-science community engagement through hackathons, meetups, and partnerships.
- Track and analyze field performance metrics including leads generated, pipeline influenced, and ROI.
- Own the East Region field marketing budget and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B field and partner experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise tech with proven pipeline impact.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Proven ability to plan and execute localized marketing programs across diverse markets in the Eastern U.S.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and demand-generation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense).
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, campaign metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Willingness to travel 25 - 30% for events, team and community engagements.
