Eeze is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join their growing team.
What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute technical and product development projects aligned with business strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and other departments to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assess technical tasks for accurate resourcing and timeline estimation, particularly for product releases, platform enhancements, and integrations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum, including managing changing priorities and external constraints.
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure technical efforts meet business, user, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager (or similar role) delivering complex technical or software projects.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering complex technical projects from end-to-end, from discovery and planning through to launch and post-release improvements.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, system architecture, and design with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience managing global or multi-regional projects, working with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Background in a regulated or high-availability digital environment (e.g. fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, media, or similar).
