What you will do
- Own and manage end-to-end daily campaign operations within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Design and implement complex automated lifecycle journeys aligned with cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Translate marketing requirements into scalable journey builds, audience schemas, and data models.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize delivery processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, data schemas, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Demonstrated track record managing high-volume, daily campaign operations.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and cross-channel marketing principles.
- Ability to independently build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
- Familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, or ETL processes.
- Background in QSR, retail, or high-frequency consumer engagement industries.
- Adobe certification(s) in AEP or related products.
- Experience in an agency or consulting delivery environment.
