What you will do

  • Oversee entire testing architecture, strategies, and processes from planning to execution.
  • Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible, and maintainable automated tests.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment.
  • Review code and mentor junior engineers.
  • Share expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes.
  • Advise customers and stakeholders, inspiring others to strive for quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or similar.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C++ in the high-tech domain.
  • Experience defining and overseeing complete test architecture and strategy.
  • Background in software development/automation and experience with Object-Oriented programming.
  • Experience with various testing techniques and knowledge of higher-level testing.
  • A good command of English, and preferably Dutch language.

Nice to have

  • Experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration, and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework.
