What you will do
- Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide daily on-site support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate complex problems
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Maintain and track inventories of computing equipment
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Costa Rica
- 2+ years of IT-related work experience
- Good technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Duo, Slack, Teams
- Tier 1 network support knowledge (TCP/IP, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, cabling)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- VOIP experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
