What you will do

  • Design, implement, and fulfill SIAM/ITSM processes for solutions and suppliers.
  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow-based ITSM tool, including its future development and upgrades.
  • Coordinate tool suppliers for efficient and quality delivery.
  • Enable process robotics to automate routine tasks and lower operational effort.
  • Establish fully integrated ITSM solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor process performance and identify continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SIAM required.
  • Understanding and experience of ITSM tools is a must, with a minimum of 5 years as a ServiceNow platform administrator.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT production and service management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in process development and implementation based on ITIL v3, ITIL v4, or COBIT 5.
  • ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification (Intermediate or Expert level) is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira Service Management and Datadog.
  • International working environment experience with virtual team leading skills.
  • Knowledge in agile methodologies and DevOps (e.g., CI/CD pipeline automation, real-time monitoring).
  • Strong experience in supplier collaboration with an off-shoring model.
  • Previous experience in building management reporting frameworks (Dashboards/KPIs).
  • Organization Change Management skills.
