What you will do

  • Review and align ongoing branding campaigns with business objectives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with local market teams to assess campaign performance and identify emerging opportunities or challenges.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and brand tracker findings to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize digital branding efforts, adjust creative assets, and refine messaging.
  • Manage sponsorship activations and support local markets in driving brand visibility and engagement.
  • Document brand performance and key achievements to ensure effective communication across the internal team.

Requirements

  • University degree with documented further training in marketing and branding.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a B2C brand manager in iGaming, FMCG, SMCG, or CPG industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of creative processes and communication campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Experience managing marketing research results and performance data.
  • Professional command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be based in Athens, Greece.
