What you will do
- Design and optimize client-specific prompts, templates, and agentic AI guardrails.
- Build agent workflows, task orchestration, and custom AI tools aligned with customer needs.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and automation scripts for AI solutions.
- Apply data science methods to evaluate prompt performance and benchmark LLMs.
- Create automated evaluation frameworks measuring quality, cost, latency, and safety.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in Data Science or applied AI/ML roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior optimization.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building custom scripts and evaluation pipelines.
- Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning fundamentals, and production AI systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with large language models like GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and tool calling.
- Exposure to frontend or internal dashboard development.
- Background in linguistics or computational linguistics.
