What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within the LATAM region.
  • Build and execute repeatable channel sales motions in close partnership with account executives.
  • Activate partners through comprehensive sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Clearly articulate partner program value and deliver product demos to partner stakeholders.
  • Manage regional partner plans, pipelines, and forecasts with clear accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive mutual partner success.

Requirements

  • Full trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with channel partners, VARs, distributors, or MSPs.
  • Strong business acumen and proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently identify and qualify new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in developing territory business plans and managing strategies against KPIs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
