What you will do
- Execute the operational risk management framework including RCSA activities and risk event collection.
- Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across various departments.
- Conduct root cause assessments for operational risk events and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Assess risks associated with new products during design, build, and rollout phases.
- Support business continuity planning through scenario reviews, failover drills, and readiness checks.
- Promote a risk-awareness culture through training programs for new joiners and targeted teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in an operational risk role.
- Demonstrable expertise in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- University degree in a business or tech-related field, or equivalent experience.
