What you will do

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity 2-3 days per week in the office.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills for handling competing daily priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on being concise and professional.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Calendar.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Familiarity with interview scheduling software like ModernLoop.
