What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task ownership, in alignment with project milestones and business requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead all cutover activities, including mock runs, dress rehearsals, and the final production cutover, ensuring readiness across all streams (technical, business, data, infrastructure).
  • Facilitate Go/No-Go decision checkpoints, ensuring all criteria are met for a successful transition.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve cutover issues, risks, and dependencies, working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Ensure robust communication and reporting throughout the cutover process, including status updates, issue logs, and post-cutover reviews.
  • Support business continuity by coordinating with local and global teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in ERP cutover management, preferably within SAP environments (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM).
  • Proven track record in leading cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO), data migration, system integration, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
