What you will do

  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Support the setup, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Take ownership of assigned paid social tasks, reporting on performance and learnings.
  • Collaborate with paid media stakeholders to track, interpret, and report on key paid social metrics.
  • Monitor platform updates, new features, and paid social best practices, applying learnings to campaigns.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing paid social tests across audiences, messaging, and creative variations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid social or paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads.
  • Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and autonomously, taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English: written and spoken.
