What you will do

  • Own strategic data relationships and growth plans across the client portfolio, ensuring data maturity roadmaps and business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two VP-level direct reports and an overall team of 6, fostering excellence and curiosity.
  • Architect and own the UK Data Strategy partnership map, acting as the primary contact for critical data and technology partners.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with senior marketing/data leads at clients and C-suite stakeholders within agencies and partners.
  • Shape the overall vision, operational effectiveness, and culture of the Choreograph UK department.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading data strategy or analytics functions at a senior level with a proven track record of managing large, complex client portfolios.
  • Strong network and demonstrable experience in building and managing strategic alliances with major data and technology partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, data providers, clean room vendors).
  • Proven ability to lead and develop other senior leaders (VP/Director level).
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the broader industry landscape and the ability to identify and activate partnership opportunities.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
