What you will do
- Manage sensitive procedures including administrative seizures, judicial liquidations, enforcement actions, and inheritance procedures.
- Communicate in writing with German authorities, creditors, and lawyers ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Banking Operations, Customer Care, and Legal teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee account closures and prepare circular letters for external auditors.
- Improve and update daily operational processes to enhance efficiency and maintain excellence.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Paris, France with hybrid work format
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in administrative or banking operations handling sensitive topics.
