What you will do

  • Architect and operate container platforms using Kubernetes and OpenShift in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery.
  • Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Lead platform reliability, observability initiatives, and implement monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with security and engineering teams to integrate DevSecOps best practices.
  • Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert for DevOps methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be a Swiss or EU national, or hold a valid Swiss work permit.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Several years of professional experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Linux (Red Hat).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab) and Terraform.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management.
  • Practical experience with GitOps practices and internal developer platforms (IDP).
