What you will do

  • Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Pulumi
  • Architect and manage core cloud services including networking, identity/access control, and resource governance
  • Define and implement cloud disaster recovery strategies meeting enterprise RTO/RPO requirements
  • Drive standards for high availability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments
  • Lead initiatives to improve developer experience, platform reliability, and operational excellence
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with security, compliance, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Must be located in Poland for remote work eligibility
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with deep expertise in Azure
  • Experience designing and supporting production infrastructure for enterprise SaaS applications
  • Proven ability to define and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans in cloud
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD systems, scripting/programming skills (Bash, Python, Go)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced collaborative environments

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-cloud environments
  • Familiarity with internal developer platforms, service mesh, or API gateway patterns
  • Knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks and security best practices
