What you will do
- Manage tenant enquiries and provide accurate product information.

- Address tenant feedback and escalate issues to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and change-management activities to support system adoption.
Requirements
- Must be Singaporean
- Must be eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cloud projects
- Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
