What you will do
- Process renewal amendments accurately and maintain up-to-date subscription data in Salesforce.
- Manage renewals forecasting and pipeline health to support sales teams.
- Ensure data quality and collaborate with Sales Operations to improve processes.
- Capture churn reasons and non-renewal data for reporting and analysis.
- Support reporting initiatives with accurate renewal metrics.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Location: Must be able to attend Cambridge office one day per week (hybrid).
