What you will do
- Architect and deliver Agentic AI solutions using Cognigy’s orchestration, workflow, and integration capabilities.
- Lead customers through discovery, design, pilot/POC, deployment, and continuous optimization of the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC).
- Translate Cognigy’s technical capabilities into outcome-driven transformation narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape the next generation of Cognigy’s Agentic AI platform capabilities.
- Support enterprise sales cycles with customized demos, architecture deep dives, and technical validation sessions.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, contact center technology, or digital transformation.
- Deep experience with Conversational AI, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations (CRM, CCaaS, APIs, identity, data platforms).
- Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders in AI transformation discussions.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom).
- MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations is a strong plus.
