What you will do

- Establish quality systems, guidelines, and feedback loops to ensure consistent creative excellence across the team.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level copywriters to foster professional growth and high-standard output.
- Drive creative innovation by introducing fresh formats and storytelling techniques while maintaining brand voice.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting with a proven track record at a creative director level.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical or clinical information into accessible, human-centric stories.
- Experience building creative processes and quality systems that enable teams to scale output.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment where speed and quality must be balanced.
