What you will do

  • Analyze client adoption trends and revenue performance across new product launches.
  • Build business cases and revenue projections for strategic product initiatives.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, and quick-start guides to support GTM efforts.
  • Coordinate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to synthesize feedback and inform iterations.
  • Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms in tools like Tableau or Salesforce to monitor KPIs.
  • Support monthly business reviews and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the NYC Global HQ.
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • Experience with building AI agents to streamline workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or project management platforms like Monday.com/Confluence.
  • Experience with OKR frameworks or strategic planning.
  • Exposure to product launches or sales operations.
  • Understanding of attention metrics, CTV/streaming TV, or programmatic advertising.
