TL;DR

MLOps Engineer: Building and scaling infrastructure for ML and AI systems with an accent on production reliability, CI/CD, and developer experience. Location: Hybrid (London). Must be able to work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time.

What you will do

  • Build and evolve secure, scalable infrastructure for training and deploying ML and AI models.
  • Improve the end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation through to production.
  • Create reusable platform patterns and golden paths for AI service deployment.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and operate reliable batch and real-time inference systems.
  • Establish strong observability across services, covering performance, cost, and drift.
  • Support LLM and agent-based systems with evaluation frameworks and operational guardrails.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in MLOps, ML Platform, or cloud infrastructure roles.
  • Strong hands-on AWS experience with services like ECS, Batch, EMR, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
  • Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with production ML codebases.
  • Experience with containerized workloads using Docker and workflow orchestration like Airflow.
  • Strong understanding of observability, reliability, and security-by-design principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Spacelift.
  • Knowledge of Prefect or Dagster.
  • Exposure to modern AI tooling and AIOps workflows.
