TL;DR
MLOps Engineer: Building and scaling infrastructure for ML and AI systems with an accent on production reliability, CI/CD, and developer experience. What you will do
- Build and evolve secure, scalable infrastructure for training and deploying ML and AI models.
- Improve the end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation through to production.
- Create reusable platform patterns and golden paths for AI service deployment.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and operate reliable batch and real-time inference systems.
- Establish strong observability across services, covering performance, cost, and drift.
- Support LLM and agent-based systems with evaluation frameworks and operational guardrails.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in MLOps, ML Platform, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience with services like ECS, Batch, EMR, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with production ML codebases.
- Experience with containerized workloads using Docker and workflow orchestration like Airflow.
- Strong understanding of observability, reliability, and security-by-design principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with Spacelift.
- Knowledge of Prefect or Dagster.
- Exposure to modern AI tooling and AIOps workflows.
