What you will do
- Generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
- Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 calls and emails
- Manage your own book of accounts and set effective strategies
- Use sales tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve SDR effectiveness
Requirements
- Must work 3 days a week in Lehi office
- Minimum 6 months sales experience, ideally as an SDR with Mid-Market accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High resilience and strong work ethic
- Coachability and willingness to implement feedback
- Must be able to attend sales conferences and travel as required
