What you will do
- Provide Data & Analytics expertise on business processes and innovations.
- Support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the product backlog, including improvement opportunities.
- Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and scenarios.
- Prepare user acceptance test cases, training manuals, and provide post go-live support.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure no gaps, and prepare Business Analysis artifacts.
- Contribute to gap analysis and the design and testing of reports.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Data & Analytics, applying agile business analysis principles and a product-thinking mindset.
- Experience supporting unified commerce initiatives and working with data across global retail and store operations.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and solution design for data and analytics products.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Experience in the retail domain is highly desirable.
