What you will do

  • Execute manual campaign operations and create new campaigns based on senior UAM strategies.
  • Edit, optimize, and duplicate campaigns for scaling and testing.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and summaries.
  • Handle campaign setup, configuration, and initial optimization tasks.
  • Assist with creative asset management and quality assurance checks.
  • Support senior UAMs with administrative tasks and data compilation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET (Europe) for optimal collaboration.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
