What you will do

  • Handle incoming chats and calls efficiently.
  • Provide technical consultations to clients and internal colleagues.
  • Escalate bug reports and feature requests to the second-line support team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with people.
  • A comprehensive approach to problem-solving, responsibility, and punctuality.
  • Mandatory experience in technical support of at least 1 year.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Fluent Russian language.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
