What you will do
- Handle incoming chats and calls efficiently.
- Provide technical consultations to clients and internal colleagues.
- Escalate bug reports and feature requests to the second-line support team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with people.
- A comprehensive approach to problem-solving, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Mandatory experience in technical support of at least 1 year.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Fluent Russian language.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
