Location: Must be based in Madrid with the possibility to consider Amsterdam as an alternative location upon discussion. Employees are expected to be in our Madrid office 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, proposing changes to operational processes.
- Manage the portfolio of experiences based on data analyses.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Define and support the scalability of our experiences.
- Devise and implement expansion strategy.
- Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background or entertainment project management.
- Fluent Dutch and English. Native Danish, Norwegian or Swedish speakers will also be considered.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
